Authors Promise

Over my 2 years of WordPress development the most common question I’m asked is “Do you still support your plugin?”. So I decided to cover this question, not in the F.A.Q. but right here on the plugins home page.

I’ve already shown that I’m driven to push WordPress plugins to a new level. It’s not just talk. I’ve made promises that I intend to keep and need to keep to survive. I’m gradually delivering both products and services. I make a living from data import plugins on WordPress and WordPress CSV Importer comes with a new level of professionalism from myself. Here I have laid out brief plans for continued development over the next couple of years and I look forward to the continued challenge.

2012

Web Services using SOAP will slowly be deployed during the second half of the year. The services will extend the value of WordPress CSV Importer and enforce my idea of your purchase being a long term investment. The plugin itself will continue to be improved and a  lot of help content will be created in the form of video tutorials.

2013

Web Services using SOAP will be put into full use during the first half of the year. Web Services will provide and streamline support. The aim of my support services which are already partly developed are to make it easier for paying users to request help and get high priority response over free users.
